Are exclusive of any applicable taxes, bank charges, or transaction fees, which shall be borne by the Client unless agreed otherwise.
Are non-refundable, except where expressly agreed in writing.
The Company reserves the right to revise its pricing structure or introduce additional charges for new services, subject to mutual agreement with the Client.
3. DATA PROCESSING

To the extent that Remtech Digital – FZCO processes Client data based on the Client’s instructions, it acts as a data processor. However, when processing additional personal data and/or for purposes determined solely by Remtech Digital – FZCO, it acts as a data controller in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws.

5. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
The Client’s access to and use of the Services is conditioned upon their acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of Remtech Digital – FZCO. Our Privacy Policy outlines our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Client personal information when using our Website and Services.
It also informs the Client about their privacy rights and how UAE data protection laws safeguard their Personal Data. By using our Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

6. CLIENT CONTENT
If the Client provides any Content (including text, images, videos, or other media) for use in connection with the Services, the Client is solely responsible for ensuring that:
They own the Content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it.
The Content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or contract rights.
The Content complies with all applicable UAE laws and regulations.
By providing Content to Remtech Digital – FZCO, the Client grants Remtech Digital – FZCO a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, adapt, and distribute the Content solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon Services. The Client retains full ownership of their Content and is responsible for protecting their intellectual property rights.
The Company shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of Client-provided Content. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any third-party claims resulting from the use of such Content.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Except for the Content the Client owns and has chosen to include on this Website, under these terms, Remtech Digital and/or its licensors retain ownership of all intellectual property and materials contained within this Website, with all rights reserved. The Client is granted a limited license only, subject to the restrictions provided in these terms, for the purpose of viewing the material contained on this Website.
8. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you:
Breach these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations.
Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activities related to the Services.
Violate any intellectual property rights or engage in activities that harm the Company or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately. If you choose to discontinue our Services, you may do so by ceasing engagement with us.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Remtech Digital – FZCO, its Affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the Clients use of the Remtech Digital Website or Services, to the extent permitted by law, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory. In no event shall Remtech Digital's total liability for any claims under this agreement exceed the total amount of fees paid by the Client to Remtech Digital during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This limitation of liability does not extend to third-party Services where liability is governed by the third-party provider's terms.
Exceptions:
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Remtech Digital's liability shall not be limited or excluded for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Sole Remedy:
The Clients sole remedy for any dispute with Remtech Digital is to discontinue their use of the Remtech Digital Website and Services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Remtech Digital – FZCO strives to deliver its Services with professionalism and diligence. However, the Client acknowledges that certain circumstances beyond Remtech Digital’s reasonable control may impact the availability or performance of the Services. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
Acts of nature (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics).
Technical disruptions affecting internet access, hosting providers, or communication networks.
Third-party service failures (e.g., advertising platforms, payment gateways, or analytics tools).
While Remtech Digital makes every reasonable effort to ensure service continuity, the Client acknowledges and agrees that Remtech Digital assumes no liability for any delays, disruptions, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond its control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Remtech Digital shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or business interruptions resulting from such unforeseen circumstances.
11. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or interpreted to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law to achieve its original intent. If modification is not possible, the invalid provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12. WAIVER
Except as expressly provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to enforce an obligation under these terms shall not impair a party's ability to exercise such right or enforce such obligation at any later time. Furthermore, the waiver of a breach shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
13. TRANSLATION INTERPRETATION
These terms and conditions may have been translated if Remtech Digital have made them available to the Client on its Service. The Client agrees that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
14. CLIENTS FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION (EU)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU), these Terms and Conditions are primarily governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections provided under the laws of your country of residence.
Where required by applicable EU consumer protection laws, you may retain certain rights and protections that cannot be waived by contract.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, unless amicably settled between the Parties, shall be referred to the competent courts of the UAE, determined in accordance with UAE procedural laws.
If the Client is an EU resident, this does not affect any mandatory consumer protections they are entitled to under the laws of their country of residence.
The Client agrees that any dispute resolution proceeding under UAE law shall be conducted only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action. UAE courts cannot consolidate multiple claims or preside over any form of a class action lawsuit. Any relief awarded shall be limited to the individual Client involved in the dispute and shall not extend to other clients.
16. COMMUNICATIONS
We will communicate with the Client using the contact details provided to us. This includes communication via email, phone, or mail regarding our Services, updates, or any issues that may require the Client’s attention.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that their contact details remain accurate and up to date. If any contact information changes, the Client should inform us promptly to ensure continued and effective communication.
All communications will be conducted in English unless otherwise agreed in writing.
17. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Whenever possible, we will provide the Client with at least 30 days' notice before any significant changes take effect.
If the Client disagrees with any modifications, they must stop using our Services before the changes take effect. Continued use of our Services after the revised Terms take effect will constitute the Client's acceptance of the changes.
Some updates may take effect immediately and without prior notice, including but not limited to:
Changes required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Minor adjustments that do not materially impact the Client's rights or our obligations.
In such cases, we will notify the Client promptly of any modifications.
